The number of visible history items depends on your current tier, and excess records may be removed by scheduled maintenance.

The Audio Converter, Video to Audio Converter, and Audio Merger process selected media locally in your browser. Those source files are not uploaded by those tools. Browser capabilities and installed codecs can affect whether a local conversion succeeds.

To restore an interrupted task after sign-in or purchase, 123audio may temporarily store a minimal task descriptor in session storage and the selected File or Blob in IndexedDB. This recovery data expires after 30 minutes and is cleared after completion, cancellation, expiry, or sign-out. Passwords, access tokens, payment credentials, and provider keys are never included in this recovery state.
