Free transcription has its own daily limit. Credit-billed tools use the rates below, so you can estimate a task before starting.

Each started time block rounds up. For translation the rate applies per target language; for generated audio it applies to the estimated output length. Your 3 free transcriptions per day are a separate allowance, not a daily credit grant.

Frequently asked questions

What do I get when I sign up?

New accounts receive 3 welcome credits once. Logged-in free accounts can complete 3 free transcriptions per day, with files up to 30 minutes. The daily allowance is not a daily credit refill, and welcome credits do not unlock Pro limits or export formats.

How do daily rewards and codes work?

Sign in and open Rewards in the sidebar to claim 1 promotional credit per UTC day. Every 7 consecutive days adds 3 bonus credits; missing a day resets the streak. Eligible reward codes add promotional credits once per account, subject to their expiry and redemption limit. These rewards are separate from the free transcription allowance.

Where can I see my remaining credits?

Sign in and open your profile to see your promotional and paid credit balances.

What happens when I run out of credits?

You can still use eligible free transcription and browser-based conversion tools. For a credit-based task, add a Flex Pack or subscribe to Pro to continue.

Can I cancel or request a refund?

You can cancel future subscription renewals from your profile. Refund requests can be sent within 10 days of purchase; usage and other conditions affect eligibility. See the Refund Policy before purchasing.
