Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing 123audio. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy.
1. Refund Request Period
- Customers can request a refund within 10 days of purchase.
2. Eligibility Conditions
- Consumed credits and completed usage are normally non-refundable. We may approve a full or partial refund when little or no purchased usage has been consumed, or when required by applicable law.
- If a paid provider operation fails after a charge, the service automatically restores the same promotional and paid credit amounts used by that operation; no separate refund request is required.
- Refund requests should be sent by email.
- Please provide your account email and the reason for the refund.
3. Refund Processing
- We will review refund requests within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
- Credits associated with an approved reversed payment are removed from the paid-credit balance so the same purchase cannot be used and refunded twice.
